We ship to USA and Canada.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, your order can be picked up at: 4317 W El Prado Blvd, Tampa, FL 33629. Please call 813-832-1115 in advance to ensure that we are open and available.
When will I receive my order?
All Orders over $1,000 will require a signature to receive the package.
Orders usually ship out the next business day
USPS Express Mail orders, once fulfilled, take 2-3 business days
USPS Priority Mail orders, once fulfilled, take 3-5 business days
Orders placed Friday will ship on Monday
You can return/exchange the product within 14 days from the day of receipt if the following criteria are met:
The hair has not been worn, damaged, or removed from the original packaging.
The product has not been opened or used.
Clothing & Accessories
The product has not been worn or used. The tags are still attached to item.
How to Return a Product
Call us at 813-832-1115 to get an approval and RMA number.
Once your return is approved, and we have received the product, we will:
For Returns, credit your account used for the original payment.
For Exchanges, ship out replacement product.
We are not responsible for shipping for returns or exchanges.
